Your browser bookmark consists of your favourite sites you gathered through Internet surfing. It is where you directly access your favorite site without typing full URL address.
Backing up these details periodically would save you many tears should your computer system die on you. For IE users, follow these steps to back up:
+ Click File Menu, go to Import and Export. Click Next to proceed.
+ Select Export Favorite and click Next.
+ Select the folder(s) or sub-folder(s) you want to export.
+ Select the location you want to export the favorites to.
+ Upon successful completion on the export process, an HTML file will be saved at the location specified.
+ Email this file as an attachment to yourself.
+ Perform this periodically to save a copy of your bookmarks.
