Venture JB announce the PS

Venture JB akan membuat pengumuman untuk penerimaan Profit Sharing yang bakal diperolehi oleh pekerja atasan mereka pada jam 3.30 petang nanti.

Berdasarkan dari sumber-sumber yang boleh dipercayai, para pekerja bakal menerima 2.5 bulan gaji berdasarkan keuntungan pada tahun 2008.

Venture JB offer VSS

A company spokesman said a voluntary separation scheme (VSS) offer has been made across the board to its operations here which closed the offer last Thursday 12th March 2009. Venture JB has more than 5 centers.

The spokesperson target at least 100 of workers the company needs to cut especially for those workers who working under HP project. It is understood that a decision will be made once the company obtains replies to its VSS offer.

Flextronics PTP offer the VSS

Flextronics PTP is currently offering a 2nd wave of voluntary separation scheme (VSS) to it’s employees in an effort to improve efficiency in it’s operations.

1st VSS, End of December 2008: 500 persons
2nd VSS, Earlier of February 2009 : 500 persons

This was because Flex PTP sales volume had fallen for the past two quarters and it was currently unable to sustain it’s operation size so it has to move to a leaner organisation chart.
